“…But Jesus called the children to him and said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these...” (Luke 18:16) SWM has been called to come to the aid of selected children in Haiti, providing educational scholarships covering their tuition and school books. Happily, we are able to provide tuition for a family with 5 children, (4 of whom are school age) for two years. In addition, we have taken on supporting the Good Samaritan Foundation for Children where 8 children reside in the home. Some are orphans while others have parents who are unable to care for them. The four(4) oldest children in the orphanage have already been attending a private school and their tuition have been paid by Soul Winning Mission. However, it is our goal moving forward to put the four (4) younger children in the same school. Therefore, all the children will be in the same school, which is within walking distance from their home. ALL SCHOOLS IN HAITI HAD BEEN CLOSED SINCE MARCH DUE TO COVID-19!!! The schools have reopened in September and SWM has resumed the responsibility of paying the tuition for 12 children. We are believing GOD that there will be people who will find it within their heart to partner with us to consistently give to this worthy course.

The children at the Foundation are provided food, clothing, shelter, spiritual and academic education in a warm, loving environment. We also support other children, some for a semester, others for a year. These are growing children, and the need is great! “May he defend the afflicted among the people and save the children of the needy;” (Psalm 72:4)

We also respond to ad hoc requests for children’s educational tuition support and for clothing.

Causes
