Soul Winning Missions / Haiti Orphanage Project
The Good Samaritan Foundation Orphanage was started in 2011, right after the earthquake in Haiti. It had twenty-five(25) several years after the earthquake, but there are currently eight (8) children. The staff that takes care of the children include Paulette, who is the cook and has been with the children for the last ten (10) years; Brother Nick, the tutor, and youth leader, who helps the children with their studies while school is out. Brother Nick is also the youth leader from New Ambassador Worship Center located in Cite Soleil. Another staff is Therese, who’s responsible for dressing, hygiene of the children, and keeping the house clean. Chilet is their driver and also responsible for operations and mechanical maintenance of the house. Dr. Gustave is always on call for their medical maintenance and emergency needs. The children are given annual dental visits. Evangelist Dr. Newton Vincent is available to the children and employees 24/7 through WhatsApp. Donations amounting to $1000.00 per month are needed to keep this foundation going.
